Patty is a founder and partner at Filament Group, Inc., a web design and front-end development studio that helps companies design and build super-fast, performance-optimized responsive sites and web apps that are simple to use and accessible to everyone.

Patty has more than twenty-five years consulting experience with corporate and institutional clients with a focus on communicating complex messages across a range of media; her expertise lies in developing robust communication strategies, information architecture and system design. She is a coauthor of Designing with Progressive Enhancement with her Filament Group colleagues, and has spoke on design topics at Smashing Conference, Frontend Conference, Generate and Beyond Tellerand. Patty lives in Boston, MA.
