Announcing An Event Apart: Online Together–Human-Centered Design

We’re excited to announce our next An Event Apart: Online Together event, a one-day online conference held on Monday, July 20, focused on human-centered design—all the ways our work can impact users in personal ways, even when we don’t intend to be so personal.

You’ll hear insights from Margot Bloomstein, Ron Bronson, Scott Jehl, Jeremy Keith, Morten Rand-Hendriksen, and Aarron Walter on topics ranging from designing for emotion to performance as an access barrier, from what we can learn from public service design to the ethics of what we do and how it affects users, and more.

All six sessions will remain available to attendees, on-demand, for at least six months after the event is over, including the recordings of live Q&A sessions with the speakers. As we always aim for with our events, you’ll come away not only inspired, but ready to put new techniques and ideas immediately into practice.

Registration is now open, so grab your spot and join us July 20. If you’re affiliated with a non-profit, government, or educational organization, get in touch for a special discounted rate—and alumni of past events can use their special discount code, as well.
